Delivery Information

Free Next-Day Delivery on Mainland UK Orders

Leader Pro Access offers free standard next-day delivery on all qualifying orders to mainland UK addresses. We want your access equipment to arrive quickly so your work can go ahead without delay.

Order Cut-Off Times

To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time, or over a weekend, will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Delivery Areas

• Mainland UK: Free next-day delivery included as standard.
• Scottish Highlands & Islands: Delivery is available but may take 2–3 working days. A surcharge may apply — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Please contact us on 01227 500388 or at sales@scaffold-tower.uk for a delivery quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our sales team.

On Receipt of Goods

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If any items appear damaged or are missing, note this on the carrier's delivery documentation before signing and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.
