How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer free next-day delivery on all mainland UK orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day. For remote areas (Scottish Highlands, islands), please allow 2–3 working days.

Are your scaffold towers EN1004 certified?

Yes. All Leader Pro Access scaffold towers are BSi Kitemarked and certified to EN1004 — the European standard for mobile access and working towers. This ensures they meet strict requirements for load capacity, stability, and safe working practices.

Are your products PASMA compliant?

Yes. Our scaffold towers are designed to be PASMA (Prefabricated Aluminium Scaffold Manufacturers' Association) compatible. We recommend that all scaffold towers are erected and used in accordance with the PASMA Code of Practice.

Do you offer trade accounts?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments processed securely via Stripe. All prices on our website are displayed exclusive of VAT; VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items, provided the goods are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. To start a return, please email sales@scaffold-tower.uk with your order number. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Do products come with instructions?

Yes. All scaffold towers and access products are supplied with full assembly and safety instructions in accordance with EN1004. Digital versions of all manuals are also available — please contact us if you need a replacement copy.

Do you offer bespoke or custom products?

We are able to accommodate certain bespoke requirements. Please contact our team on 01227 500388 to discuss your specific needs. Please note that bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Is VAT included in your prices?

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% will be added at checkout. A VAT invoice is issued with every order.
