2. Acceptance of These Terms

Where applicable, VAT will be added during checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown during checkout.

Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will contact you before dispatch to allow you to:

continue with the order at the correct price; or
cancel the order for a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address supplied.

Ownership of the goods remains with Leader Pro Ltd until payment has been received in full.

10. Inspection of Goods

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, incorrect items or visible transport damage should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Where possible, please retain all packaging and provide photographs to assist with our investigation.

This requirement does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Consumers purchasing online have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are:

assembled correctly;
inspected before use;
maintained appropriately;
used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
used by competent persons where required; and
operated in compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.

Leader Pro Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

13. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our products include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

fair wear and tear;
accidental damage;
misuse;
incorrect assembly;
poor maintenance;
unauthorised modifications;
unauthorised repairs; or
use outside the intended purpose.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of statutory consumer rights; or
any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Leader Pro Ltd shall not be liable for:

indirect loss;

loss of profits;
loss of business;
loss of contracts;
loss of goodwill;
loss of anticipated savings; or
any other indirect financial loss.

Our maximum liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods.

Leader Pro Ltd shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
