These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Leader Pro Access ("we", "us", "our") via the website scaffold-tower.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the standard UK rate (currently 20%) will be added at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

We take all reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Information page. We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day, but delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging. 7. Warranty

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow assembly instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
