Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leader Pro Access. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused and unassembled condition.
  • All original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • Items must include all components, accessories, and documentation as originally supplied.
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or modified cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email sales@scaffold-tower.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 2 working days with return authorisation and instructions. Please do not return items without first obtaining a return authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refund Timescales

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@scaffold-tower.uk or calling 01227 500388. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions

  • Bespoke and custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items that have been assembled or used (and are not faulty) cannot be returned.
